An Intimate Roman Wedding: Anom & Robin’s Civil Ceremony in Rome

Last August, Anom and Robin chose Rome for their wedding. They celebrated with a beautiful civil ceremony at the historic Vignola Mattei. This is the famed city hall location for civil weddings in Rome.

The venue set a timeless tone. Its walls feature ancient Roman brick, rich red fabrics, and golden chair accents. Ultimately, it was a step into a romantic, historic Rome.

Their day focused on pure, private love. In fact, it was just the two of them, the celebrant, a translator, and two witnesses. Every glance and smile held deep meaning.

After their vows, we explored Rome for portraits. First, we visited the serene Giardino degli Aranci on the Aventine Hill. Next, we wandered along the picturesque Tiber River. Finally, we captured photos at the panoramic Pincio Terrace in the soft afternoon light.

To conclude, the day ended with a private toast on their hotel rooftop. They celebrated with a stunning view over the terracotta rooftops of central Rome. It was the perfect finale to their perfect Roman wedding.
